the location is close to transport links i found several bars nearby i also appreciated the helpful staff who stored my bags after i checked out the room was very clean and the bed was freshly made

The location was convenient as it was right next to the tube station.

I found hair on the supposedly clean sheets upon arrival.. It was pretty disgusting.

the staff was very friendly upon arrival. they quickly assisted me with check-in and also with directions to nearby attractions. the location was super convenient with easy access to public transportation, allowing easy exploration of the area.

the room, though clean, had a small window. it did not offer a very nice outside view.
